Place the cold milk
in a saucepan. Stir in the cornmeal, sugar . Stir well until completely
dissolved.
Place the pan in
medium-heat and boil gently for about 10 minutes or until mingau gets thick.
While boiling, stir constantly with a wood spoon.
Serve: place the
hot mingau in a bowl, stir in the margarine and cheese cubes. The cheese will
melt while you enjoy this snack.

to be very common for breakfast in place of bread.
