Rinse the rice in
water and drain.
In a large sauce
pan, bring to boil the water, coconut milk and salt.
Add the rice into
the boiling pan. Cook in high-medium heat (pan partially covered) until rice dry
and become tender. Sprinkle parsley and remove pan from the heat.
Hint:
Keep adding boiling
water to cover the cooking grains. The water should be just enough to cover the
grains during cooking. Bite one grain. If it is tender, remove the cover, let the
remaining water evaporate and the rice is ready!
